Won’t buy another Accura

Bought an MDX w 60k miles. Had problems with transmission. Turned out to be a known issue w torque converter immediately after purchase. Assume that's why previous owner dumped it. Dealer tried to charge me $600 for software update, but eventually did it for free. Next problem extreme oil consumption. Again, known issue by Accura. I have to go through a hassle to prove it consumes oil at an extreme enough rate for them to do the right thing. Went to different dealership. They lost my appointment. On the phone said they would give me a loaner, then refused when I came in for service, and described a process different than what was described in the warranty extension notice. I have no faith in this vehicle, Accura, or their dealerships.
