Won’t answer phone

I HAVE TRIED 2 PHONE NUMBERS. ONE DOESN'T ANSWER AT ALL. THE OTHER PUTS ME INTO AN ENDLESS LOOP OF REQUESTING WHAT I WANT AND NEVER CONNECTS ME TO ANY OF THE OPTIONS I REQUESTED. Last week I had a lovely talk with Pam and promised to get a problem resolved and talk to her again today, but I can't get anyone to answer the phone. Today is my deadline. What do I do??
