I have tried to get in touch with this company for a refund. I tried out the product after paying for 2 seats for a year. I do not like how the PDF editor works. It sends my editing all over the page. I can't edit my PDF files without the words moving others words on the document as well as moving my margins. I have gotten in touch with one company and they said to go to another website to get a refund. I have tried to get in touch with the second website and I haven't heard anything back! I have deactivate the account the same day! I am not pleased with this PDF editor. I ordered it because I have read about it being #1 to download and use. I don't know where else to go to get my refund! I was being sent all over the places to try and get this handle. No one seems to have my information about this nor would anyone answer me back!
