We have sent the necessary paperwork multiple times via email, fax & certified overnight. Countless phone calls. I'll have proof that a message was sent, but they will claim it wasn't received, even after confirming address/fax number. 3 different reps have told us that requirements have been met & funds were being released. After waiting a week, I check on line & the status has been changed to "not accepted" without any notification. We've been living in a construction zone with only a bedroom, bathroom & laundry room since Feb. I just want to be able to make it livable again.
