won’t fix my stove

I have bought from aaron, s for years I have been a loyal customer I pay my payments on time never late and always pay off. Well I have had nothing but problems with the stove since day one. They keep saying it, s the plug but never have problems with other stoves just the one i, m paying on if I may say so it will be paid off in october. When the people who was there before the group of people now I had no problems. But the manager of the carthage, tx. Store i, ve had nothing but problems with them we got into a arguement this morning augost 5th 2019 at 11:45am. They refuse to fix my stove. And my 75in. Tv the volumn is bad on it I have to turn the volumn up past 70 in order to hear it. I told the manager that as soon as I pay my laptop off I will no longer buy from aaron, s again after being treated the way they treated me. I, m a elderly woman on oxyzen and in a wheelchair. I have heart disease had heart surgery I have numerous lung diseases can, t walk after having 3 strokes I don, t need this treatment like they are giving to me.
