Won’t change address

I applied and was approved for the card I saw that it was being sent to my old address that I no longer have access to the mailbox as its in a gated community. So I call right away the second I noticed it was wrong address call they told me call back in 3 day to change address called in 3 days they said nothing they can do for me ! User's recommendation: Don’t.
