Wolfgang universal 600 watt mixer

I have been with this company for months..now after I have cut the cord like I was instructed and sent pictures I am being told I have to pay 12.95 for shipping...this is rediculos..I have paid for product used twice and can't any higher than speed 2 because machines starts grinding..I am so mad at this point..this company has the worst customer service I have seen...I want my product and I am not paying 12.95..Jeanette DixoN acct 91653
