I am going to the Attorney General and the Federal Trade Commission about this Company and their practices. I have an Aunt in which I was named after, they tried to double charge her and she refused to pay the 2nd charge so they froze her account. I won a 50.00 card for Total trivia and they go and freeze my account and when I try to get answers I get no response. I have sent over 20 messages at this point I want to be annoying. I lost my money and prizes and I am not the first as I read on here. I just want my money refunded and my prize. I will never go back. They let a certain few bully others on that site.
