Representative said raise antenna above my head or other locations. No additional diagnostics recommended. Equipment is less than 4 years old and stopped working because I changed internet service providers. Representative gave me a replacement mode #. Looked it up and replacement equipment is $400+. Is this covered under warranty? No additional diagnostic support from the Manufacturer? Need help
