I placed an order with Wine.com that was supposed to arrive today (11/30/20). I checked its status and found that as of today, it hadn't even been shipped. When I contacted online support, I was told it's "delayed." No explanation. When I said, yes, obviously it's been delayed, I was told it wasn't shipped for some reason. A non-answer. This is not the first time wine.com has screwed up an order of mine. I wouldn't have ordered from them again except that to make up for a previous screw-up they offered me a discount in my next order. This company's service and customer service leave a lot to be desired. I will not order from them again.
