Original review updated by user Mar 23, 2021 We had new windows installed by Factory Direct, and the windows are phenomenal! Everything from price, window quality, and installation was five stars. I checked them out on Angie's List before I bought new windows, and they had 10 Angie's List Super Service Awards and an A+ rating. User's recommendation: Great company to purchase windows from.
