We have wallside replacement windows with a full warranty. The windows break constantly, either they won't shut all the way, the handle (crank) breaks within weeks, and the latching mechanism breaks in the locked position so you can't open the window. It's so difficult to get anyone to come out and fix the windows that we've given up trying more than once or twice a year. I've just called at least 10 times in the last week and been on hold for almost 2 hours with no results. I've submitted online, left voicemails and no one has bothered to call. Fortunately, I've documented every attempt over the last few years and the half-baked attempts to repair the windows. I'll have to see what my next steps are. My advice - stay far away.
