Called several places for quotes to have my recently purchased older home windows replaced. I received quotes form 6100.00 (Taylors) to over 11,000.00 with another companies. The other company was getting windows from yet another company and had yet another company to install the. I could see the mess I'd have if there was a problem. Taylors sales rep told me the lead time needed to make my windows locally and install them due their lead time. Taylors informed my windows were being made and scheduled an install date. The installer (Oleg and Bobby) called me ahead of time of install date. Oleg and Bobby were polite, professional and worked like a well oiled piece of machine. Once they completed their work the work areas were vacuumed inside and outside. I turned down my thermostat that night.
