Original review updated by user May 13, 2021 Window leak after install cost me $300 dollars,to get damage repaired,Anderson says they are not liable for leaks in an existing structure! Previous window had not leaked anywhere for 20 years,Anderson window leaked after 3 months of install!!!!!! A good installation of new expensive windows in existing opening is essential!! We did not get that!! They did come out and caulk around window,seems to have fixed problem ,still out $300 bucks for something not my fault!! User's recommendation: Ask about what happens if windows leak after 3 months,and if they have installation warranty!!
