Will NOT work with me!

I was asking for a lower interest rate (now 29.99%), for even a few months to pay this card (which i closed), down. I am going in for several back surgeries ( i am on disability) and they would not lower the rate which is MUCH higher than any other card. If i have to go under they will lose everything i owe. They would not budge. They are *** User's recommendation: Avoid them at all costs!
