I tried to establish care with DaVita Medical Group at Montgomery East. I arrived 30 minutes early. It took the front desk staff 20 minutes to get to me. I was called back for my 9:00 appointment. The nurse asked some questions and then left the room. The NP I was scheduled to see at 9:00 did not come into my room. I left at 9:30. I do not have unlimited time to sit in a doctor's office, especially when taking time off work to do so. It is incredibly insensitive of people's time to not say anything to them when you are 30 minutes late for a scheduled appointment. I will not return here.
