Original review posted by user Jul 28, 2020 As you examine these emails you can see she replied within a half hour even though the time limit was 7 DAYS! Fraud? She won this phone, Marketing missed it or had some one else lined up to get it?and gave the prize to another and also called us cheaters a defamation of character. After I repeatedly emailed them about it threatening to upload all these emails on Facebook, Twitter,Instagam etc. Here are the emails. Why would Cubot risk getting bad reviews plus a lot of emails from our friends for a $89 phone? Please CONFIRM you received this email as I don't want to upload this bad experience to the media! My wife won this and was excited she won it and sent in her name, address and all information that was requested. She does a lot of sweepstakes although not in the best of health. After a long time I replied to marketing@***.net and was informed she didnt win the prize because she sent the information late but in all actuality they missed the email and gave the prize to another. After I have been continually asking them to reconsider showing the email she sent back the same day they sent a tracking number that has stayed in Ill for about 5 days waiting for the item to come to them. (It is still there)(420503****748902****882751****) Melrose, Ill is about a 4-5 hour drive from our address. I have repeatedly asked them if they really did send the item but they will not reply. I am asking if you can help us get this issue closed as we do not want to cause the good Cubot Company any bad reviews on the medias.
