Two payments were taken out of my account on auto pay after the dealership bought out my lease. That was in March. I have called Kia every month and they keep telling me that my refund is pending. They say it will be going out at the end of each month. First was May, then June, July and still no refund. Customer service is still saying its pending. They continue with their delay tactics which I am now stating they refuse to give me the money they owe me. User's recommendation: Don’t use KIA!
