Due to the COVID my family and I had to postpone our vacation to Maui. I was given a voucher to use at a later date. When I attempted to use the voucher they will only apply a quarter of the money. I still have $345 left on the voucher and still owe another $1450 for the car rental. Economy Bookings will not allow me to use the full amount of my voucher... MY MONEY. I would never have used this company if I knew their deciving pratices User's recommendation: NEVER USE THIS COMPANY.... DECEIVING PRATICES. AND YOU CAN NEVER TALK TO SOMEONE AT THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICES. IT IS ALL EMAILS BACK AND FORTH.
