I was on vacation with my brother visiting my sister and brother-in-law and called to reserve a rv for us to go to Homer for the weekend. The girl i spoke to on the phone was very nice but failed to tell me it was a non-smoking rv. IF THEY WOULD OF NEVER RENTED.FROM THEM.When they picked up the rv it was very meldew smell in it, so we cleaned it .Well before my brother-in-law returned it my sister and i cleaned out the rv with pinesol whiped all the seats and even the toilet smelled better when it was returned and swept out the rv and it did not smell meldew after and did not smell like smoke. And now they are charging her $500.00 becuse they said it smelled like smoke.. Thats *** And they know it. So no this is NOT A GOOD REVIEW. ***
