Why my order was placed 4days ago and still not processed

Order 18-3544**** still has no tracking number that I can find when it should arrive. Now I find I cant cancel my order because you begin processing as soon as received. Im thinking bs you just have charged a customer and dont care about customer satisfaction. Call me or know one I know will ever buy from you again.
