Why is my cash app card being placed on hold for 10 days

very disappointed that I went to Arco and they held my cash app card for money and cash app said there's no way it has anything to do with them this is an issue that article has continued to keep doing two people's at GameStop holding their dividends so if you could please get back with me thank you. not do you just hold the dividend to hold it for 10 days.
