Apparently Mutual of Omaha is affiliated with Medicare and for some reason Medicare would not pay on seven claims while my husband was in the hospital and we Excellent coverage with Medicare Blue Cross Blue Shield in Mutual of Omaha. Those claims total supposedly our responsibility of $6000. I wanted to know why they refuse to pay on those claims we are in-house doctors attended my husband hospitalized inpatient! It is still being addressed with Medicare and Blue Cross Blue Shield. A simple five minute visit and they charged insurance company $235 of which they failed to pay. Youre damn right Im pissed. This will be rectified and it wont be coming out of our pocket.
