Why I’m canceling cbs all access

I dont understand why i have to pay extra money on top of my subscription to all access to watch certain shows. Out of 2 seasons of FBI most wanted I'm only able to watch 5 episodes, the rest I have to pay 2.99 an episode. CBS "all access" is not true. For this reason I'm canceling my subscription. I'm writing this so you know why, I owned a restaurant for many years and appreciated all feedback.
