Why I didn’t get $30.00 cash back when my friend sent me your link? Oh and she didn’t receive her $30.00 either!!!!

My friend sent me Rakutens link saying that if I signed up and made a purchase for at least 30 dollars that she would get $30 and I would get $30 back.... So I signed up and it didn't work!!!! So now I'm trying to contact them, to resolve the issue and it's impossible what a nightmare this has been!!!!!! User's recommendation: Don't do it!!!! It's obviously a scam!!!!
