i purchased steam clean oven in December 2020 i tried to clean it like i read and was told to do ,it does not work i tried many times ,i called whirlpool they sent out a repairman ,he told me their is nothing he can do it is not doing what should do ,he contacted whirlpool he left the information , a manager called and spoke to them ,they refused to fix the problem or replace it i paid for an oven that i was told that is supposed to its job and does not .WBOMPANYawful i will neverbuy naother appliance from them User's recommendation: do not buy a whirlpool they do not help customers.
