Where’s my refund?

There was a miscommuncation with my address and my items were returned to the warehouse, i have yet to recieve my refund and it has been over 2 weeks. The only response i get from them is "we have 30 days to refund your money" REALLY IT TAKES 30 DAYS TO PUT THE MONEY BACK IN MY ACCOUNT. I think they just hope you forget about the money, so they can keep it. I won't buy from beauty brands again.
