1985 East Osceola Parkway Pollo Tropical is not using the citrus marinade on their chicken and the black beans and rice are much different than the west Osceola Pkwy Pollo Tropical, missing the freshness and flavor and the chicken leaves bad aftertaste in mouth for hours. Unsweetened mango tea is not available and staff is angry if you ask that your dirty table be wiped off. Bathrooms sink not wiped clean and bathroom messy with residue.
