Where’s my phone

I bought a phone and an iPhone 8 on April 16 you guys took my money $323 and I have no phone no confirmation I feel like I got scammed but at the same time I feel like I might be a little impatient so could you please help me out my name is Tyler Koon I just want to confirmation and a tracking number or knowing that I am getting a phone please that money is a lot of money to me I have trust issues LOL would like a reply from a human
