I sent my dyson vacuum to have the beater brush replaced you sent it back in a cardboard box with a broken wheel and full of dirt and the canister broken I sent it back was told I have a extension warranty and would be sent a new machine so when I really need to vac my home please send my vac now mahalo and aloha.
