I sent in over 200 pieces of tools and have only received 12. When we contact Craftsman, they can not help us on finding the tools we sent in. These are tools that arent replaceable due to too old dont make anymore. We have been trying to resolve this problem since Jan, 2021. Im very disappointed on how the warranty is being handled by Craftsman! Very displeased
