More updates following. Original review posted by user Jan 02, 2019 I received my cover 1/2/19, upon observation saw no harm by shipping. Once placed on my hot tub, I could have cried. The thread was sown in single rows, some of the thread was lose, and protruding, not tight, and the stitching was not in proper circumference. It cost me $445 and if I could have had a visual on it, I WOULD NOT PAID MORE THAN FIFTY DOLLARS, ($50), for it. NO WAY! When the, "HOT TUBE GUY SAY'S CHEAP", they are not *** you! Customer service? "non-existent". The original cover was very professionally made with EXCELLENT stitching, but after 8 years became water logged.
