I tried to change my flight because of covid and the delta.com website would not let me modify the flight. I tried to call customer service but was always told the wait time was 2-3 hours! So I finally had to cancel the flight because I could never talk to anybody and the flight was about to happen and I hadn't been able to talk to anyone. Still when call wait is 2-3 hours. User's recommendation: Be careful when reserving flights through delta.
