When Fingerhut makes mistake they don’t and I’d like to correct it fast
I ordered some stuff from Fingerhut and went to the wrong address I talked to UPS they admit it went to the wrong address Fingerhut did not reach out to UPS to find out what's a package delivered to the wrong address they kept saying it said it was delivered I called talk to the supervisor and she still would not help me I asked for a manager to call me and he still would has not called me think Fingerhut needs all up to their mistakes and get a better customer service go to helping you they keep reading mounted list they need to say okay people have compassion and everything they needed to speak do more better than what they're doing
