They definitely gave me the lowest quote. As per the contract having a window for actual installation, that date has come and gone. Its still about a month out from the deadline. I asked for an itemized receipt. I was told to divide the quote by how many windows i ordered, like i was stupid and dont know common math. Most of mine will be double hung, but i also have a few sliders as well. Has anyone else encountered this dilema? I wasn't offered any discount for this inconvenience
