My Flight no. WY 0824 flight from Kuala Lumpur to London on 11 October 2018 Reservation Code OCGVPR We waited about an hour at the baggage claim to get my son's wheelchair at London Heathrow airport and we around checking for it Finally we went to the baggage claim to check only to find out that the wheelchair is still in Muscat. This has caused so much inconvenience to us and my son. We booked a transport and upgraded to include the wheelchair and still have to pay and extra of £11 even though there's no wheelchair to pick up. We wanted to rent one but couldn't find for a day's rental. I hope you will look into this. Lee Swee Fun
