What Service?

Purchased a Rolex Daytona Replica watch which stopped working 6 months after delivery. It is still under their supposed warranty. It took 2 weeks for them to respond to emails. I explained the problem and all they keep asking for is the order number which has been sent several times. My jeweler said it needs a simple part. They won't respond with a solution. The watch itself looks great and even the jeweler stated that it is a fine looking replica. Unfortunately the supposed Automatic Swiss 7750 Valjoux movement isn't the best quality. Probably not the movement I payed for. Just a Chinese knock-off.
