I visited this hotel like 100 times, as I always do business trips to the city. I was kinda regular guest, and the Front Office team knew what is my favorite suite to book. This time when I arrived, I encountered many new faces who seemed to be a little bit rude. My room was already booked, but it was okay. When I was escorted to my next suite, I found that it was not ready by the housekeeping team. That was okay as well. Fortunately, all the further experience was nice, as the team understood I was upset, so they made all efforts to rehabilitate themselves. I hope you will continue doing good business, and I’ll come back to check it one more time.
