On March 30th 2019 I ordered a Gold Shield 5L cover for my Jeep Cherokee. When the cover arrived the lock and cable were not included. Okay, I put the cover on my Jeep with a bungie cord, and WOW, it fit like a sack. Their web site says "This Car Cover for your Jeep Cherokee 2000 SUV 4-Door is guaranteed to fit perfectly or your money back". I tried calling. The system prompts sent me to a message where I was told to email them. Then I called back and went to sales. The gentleman on the phone told me that they were sorry and he would sent the lock, cable and the correct cover out immediately. Just to cover my bases, I sent the email. Their emails started coming in the next day. They asked for a tag number and photos. I email those out a day or so later and I receive a lock and cable about a week later. On April 24th I received an email saying they would send a new cover. On April 29th a new email said no new cover, but they would refund $20.00. I received the refund on May 23rd. This was the first time I have bought from these folks and it will be the last.
