Purchase a brand new Maytag washer from home Depot Rockville Maryland it broke down 3 months later it is still not working the service people say they can't get the part and cancel this has been going on for over 5 months they will not reimburse her money replace the item and we still yet to get it fixed we have called multiple times with new results the worst nightmare my parents are elderly they paid over $1,000 for this item with an extended warranty and can get no one to help every time their service people call for Maytag they canceled I called Maytag several times in corporate with no results to this solution User's recommendation: Do not purchase any Maytag or Whirlpool products it is a nightmare.
