$35 in monthly charges for one eCard. i sent an ecard to my granddaughter, and it didn't arrive, so I had to go back on the site and resend it. Somewhere in the transaction, Hallmark signed me up for monthly charges of $5! I never used the site again, as I had not agreed nor signed up for the charge. When I tried to contact them because they were sending me unsolicited emails asking me to change my password, three "customer service representatives" in a row hung up on me when I said I had never signed up for the monthly charges. I finally asked for a supervisor, who said he would refund $5. I will dispute the rest of the charges with my credit card company. I WILL NEVER USE HALLMARK AGAIN. User's recommendation: DO NOT GO TO THE HALLMARK WEBSITE!
