I sent $400 to Cameroon on 10/5/2018 but the receiver was unable to pick up the money, I called on that same day to have the money refunded back to my account and was assured it would be. Until today 10/17/2018 the money has not been refunded, after several calls and run-around from Western Union a supervisor told me the money was picked up in Chicago and they are investigating, after 3 days I called back and was told the money was refunded back to my account however it was not in my account so I called back and was told it was put in as an escalation case now it's been 4 days as an escalation case and still no one can tell me what happened to my and Western Union wont refund my money back to my account. This is a rip off and there are scammers working within the western unions. I am now forced to take legal actions.
