I ordered a plant from Troys florist because they advertised being a Redmond,Wa local business and selling hydrangea plants. Not only were they not local but they substituted the plant for a small flower arrangement. When I emailed and then called to complain about not being contacted before the flower substitution was made they said they were honoring the delivery date and apologized for not contacting me. They said because of substitution policy they couldn’t give me my requested refund but could offer me 10% of the total cost, which doesn’t even cover the delivery charge. What a joke! It’s becoming more and more of a challenge these days with so many dishonest and unprofessional businesses being advertised. It hurts the honest, professional ones.
