Website is not user friendly, doesn’t acknowledge orders

I placed an order and upgraded to express shipping. I did not receive an immediate confirmation of my order as is customary with any online establishment. Calls to Customer Service added to my frustration because they do not provide 24/7 coverage. It’s the same thing with emails. All I’m getting are scripted automated messages. I’m not happy about this at all. My bank is showing that the charge is pending and all Lifeproof is offering is contact within 48 hours. The express delivery I paid extra for is scheduled within that same time frame. I’m highly pissed and will NEVER place an order with Lifeproof again.
