Ordered two sleeping bags via hyke and byke webshop at https://www.hykeandbyke.com/collections/down-sleeping-bags. there is clearly stated no questions asked refund policy on their website. Once bags arrived they were nothing as advertised and I decided to return and ask for a refund. Used web form to open refund claim, after no response for 5 days I used contact web form (no other contact method available) to ask about my refund claim. Again no answer. After several attempts to contact them via web form and 10 days later someone "steven" replied back that my refund has been approved and instructions will be sent via mail together with shipping label. It never arrived. Again used web form to contact them ("steven" would not reply to email), again no reply. To cut the long story short it took at least 15 web form "mails" and about 45 days to finally have my refund processed. Caution: chinese low quality gear, company does everything possible to discourage you from returning the product if you are not satisfied regardless of the stated returns policy.
