I need a replacement coffee pot, but when The filter basket broke only after three months, I felt I was due a replacement I sent them under my warranty, For 5 months sent requests, finally I called corporate, and finally they mailed me replacement basket but told me I really should have to pay for it. What ? My coffee maker was only 3 months old. User's recommendation: Please beware, since their products are made in China, customer service won't contact you.
