I have been running Duck Duck Go for a couple of years and like it BUT I am getting annoyed at its inability to maintain preferences. In particular I do not want my home screen cluttered up with advertisements for your service. Every time I reset the preferences things are fine for two or three weeks - then the ads, etc come back. This is not just one computer - it happened on my iMac and MacBook Air. If this does not get stabilised pretty soon I will no doubt drift back to Google, or more likely, MadAsAFish.
