We purchased RCI Travel packages plan several times. The last package went along very smoothly. This time we go to book or cruise and we were told it had expired. I have contacted numerous sales people and left messages, in which no one has ever returned my call. I was told that they could track my phone calls, but some were from my work number, some from my cell phone and some from my home. But, its my word against theirs. We were told it was $199 too reactivate it, and after talking to the supervisor, it went up to $599. Hmmmm! I just want to make a reservation and be done and over it. DO NOT EVER PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY.
