We are long time members of KOA and have traveled most of the united states using KOA Holiday for our lodging. We have arrived early many times and have never been charged. They told us to take it up with corporate. We left there and went to KOA at Boston; arrived 3 hr. early with no EA fee. Looking for a refund.
