We requested a refund on March 2020

My friend and I booked return flights with LAM Mozambique via computicket on the 27th of March returning on the 31st of March. We applied for a refund the moment Covid19 hit and the country was closed, till this day we haven't received anything. After numerous interactions via email and telephonically with officials from computicket we haven't received our money back. They always tell us that they are still waiting to hear from the airline, it has been almost a year now. Please assist
